真辺 佑佳 

コーポレート・アナリスト

2017年にサステナビリティ分野でのキャリアをスタート。ISS ESG（インスティテューショナル・シェアホルダー・サービシーズ社）にて、金融業界に関する格付評価業務、投資家向けの不動産およびインフラプロジェクトのサステナビリティ評価、気候政策関連の報告業務支援、企業の政治献金やサーキュラーエコノミーに関する調査研究などを担当。2022年にミュンヘンから東京へ移住し、機関投資家向けの各種ESG製品のプロダクトマネジメント業務に従事。 
ヨーロッパ、南米、アフリカでの就業や職務、ボランティア活動経験を通じ、異文化理解を深める。日本および世界における脱炭素社会への公正な移行へのさらなる貢献を目指し、2025年4月にClimate Integrateに参画。 
ドイツ・テュービンゲン大学国際経済学修士号取得。 

Yuka Manabe

Corporate Analyst

Yuka began her sustainability career in 2017. During her time at ISS ESG (formerly Oekom Research), she served in various capacities, conducting corporate sustainability assessments with a focus on the financial industry, supporting clients with sustainability assessments of real estate and infrastructure projects and climate reporting as well as producing research on corporate political contributions and circular economy. In 2022, she relocated from Munich to Tokyo and transitioned to a product management role, where she developed and managed a diverse portfolio of ESG products for institutional investors. Through her academic studies, volunteer work, and professional experiences across Europe, South America, and Africa, Yuka has gained valuable intercultural insights and diverse global perspectives. Driven by a desire to actively contribute to a just climate transition in Japan and globally, she joined Climate Integrate in April 2025.  
Yuka holds a Master’s Degree in International Economics from the University of Tübingen, Germany.
