大学卒業後、財務・非財務（ESG）領域のプロフェッショナルとしてキャリアを構築。外資金融情報ベンダー、ベンチャーキャピタル（インパクト投資を中心）、コンサルティングファーム等を経て、2024年にClimate Integrate参画。慶応義塾大学大学院メディアデザイン研究科修了。

After obtaining an undergraduate degree, Sungshil developed a professional career in the financial and non-financial business sector (ESGs). Having gained further experience with an international finance information vendor, in venture capital (mainly impact investments), and in consulting, joined the Climate Integrate team in 2024. Has completed graduate studies at the Keio University Graduate School of Media Design.
