千代谷 玲子 

シニア・リサーチャー

資産運用会社、エネルギー分野の研究機関（一般財団法人アジア太平洋エネルギー研究センター）、日本銀行にて、金融市場やマクロ経済、エネルギー政策の調査、および国際関係関連の業務に従事。 
2026年春にClimate Integrateに参画。国内外の動向を踏まえ、統計データに基づく客観的な分析を通じて脱炭素社会への移行を支援している。 
東京外国語大学外国語学部卒業。一橋大学大学院経済学研究科修士課程修了。 

Reiko Chiyoya

Senior Researcher

Reiko has been engaged in macroeconomic and energy policy research, as well as international relations, at various institutions including the Bank of Japan, the Asia Pacific Energy Research Centre (APERC), and asset management firms.  
In the spring of 2026, she joined Climate Integrate, where she currently supports the transition to a decarbonized society through objective, data-driven analysis.  
She holds a bachelor’s degree from Tokyo University of Foreign Studies and a master’s degree in economics from Hitotsubashi University.
