小俵 大明

北海道大学経済学部卒業、同公共政策大学院修了。2014年環境省入省。2015年から2017年まで土壌環境政策の立案に携わった後、2017年から2019年まで、パリ協定に基づく成長戦略としての長期戦略をはじめとする各種国家戦略の調整や、COPやG7・G20等の国際会議における気候変動交渉や気候外交に従事。2019年から2021年まで国連気候変動枠組条約事務局（UNFCCC）において途上国の気候変動分野の能力構築を支援した後、Climate Integrateに参加。

Hiroaki Odawara

Hiroaki obtained a bachelor’s degree in economics and master’s in public policy from Hokkaido University. In 2014, he joined Japan’s Ministry of the Environment, where he was involved in development of soil environment policy from 2015 to 2017, followed by coordination of Japan’s Long-term Strategy under the Paris Agreement and other national climate and energy-related strategies from 2017 to 2019, as well as climate negotiation and climate diplomacy at international conferences such as COP climate meetings, and G7 and G20 summits. After supporting capacity building for climate reporting by developing countries while at the UN Framework Convention on Climate Change secretariat from 2019 to 2021, he joined the team at Climate Integrate.
