Shoko Hagiya

At university and graduate school, Shoko engaged in Chinese studies and then began her career as an HR professional in Macau. After returning to Japan in 2015, she continued to work in HR-related roles, including recruitment, training, and planning and implementation of HR policies, across the retail, IT, and hospitality industries. In 2024, Shoko joined Climate Integrate. Shoko holds a Master's degree from Keio University's Graduate School of Letters.
