Our commitment to Design the Possible

To address climate change, facts matter. As AI becomes increasingly widespread, being fact-based is more important than ever.

Yet even when the facts are clear, decisions can still be delayed and the status quo allowed to continue because change is seen as “too difficult” or “unrealistic.”

What matters is connecting science, society, and policy—and combining facts and stories. We call this narrative design: a method to helping drive social change.

We challenge ourselves to Design the Possible.

These words express our conviction that change is possible, and our commitment to helping design pathways for that change. As a climate policy think tank, we ground our work in facts, deepen dialogue, and create the conditions for a shared "yes" across society, helping turn possibility into reality.

Together, let’s design the possible.
